Onnuri English Ministry Adult Service
We went all the way from Hongdae to Dogok, and it took us about slightly more than an hour to reach. It was easy to find, but we had little conversation with anyone there, except for initial hellos upon entering. Anyway, with the focus on hearing about God, we still enjoyed the service and was glad to have attended at least one service while travelling. The pastor had delivered a good message and the travelling time was worth it.

Stephanie Cafe
After church service, we decided to travel down to Sinsa-dong, we wanted to check out the known 'pink pasta', and I'm glad we did! Stephanie Cafe uses real beetroot for their pasta, that's why the colour is pink. What we understand is that some cafes that serve 'pink pastas' do not use beetroot fully to achieve the colour. Well, either way, it was a satisfying meal.

Itaewon
This area is widely populated by other nationalities. There are many restaurants here that offer a wide international spread, and there are pubs as well. I understand from my Korean friend that many foreigners hang out here, it's like a little expat neighbourhood. There's a Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art here as well, which I visited last year and loved it. Check it out if you've time.

Takeout Drawing Cafe
A concrete type styled cafe which is spacious to chill out at. Arm yourself with a cup of coffee while you're here. I like their menus as it is styled to resemble newspapers! The cafe is also situated within a building owned by the Gangnam Style star - PSY.
A huge supporter of the creative arts, they also offer a programme called Cafe Residency where it offers artists 2 months of free usage of the display space for their creative works.

Goguan Photo Studio
Located somewhere in Insadong, also just a stone's throw away from the famed Ssamziegil, we decided to come here for a hanbok photoshoot in a studio. From makeup artists to a wide selection of hanboks (from the really petite to the bigger sizes) they have it all. Available for male and females! Feel free to leave your things in the locker (with key) as you go around taking photos in their photo settings. I am quite plump, so to be honest, they do have sizes (see my photo below as an example). Slim barbie dolls, don't worry, sure have your sizes too.
I made a booking with them before my trip, so make sure you do that. There's also a branch located in Myeongdong.

Miss Lee Cafe
I was so glad I checked out this cafe. Honestly, I didn't come here because of 'We Got Married' or something, but rather, I came here for the doshirak experience. Doshirak is also known as 'lunch box', which was a part of childhood for most Koreans, as they would have a lunch box prepared from home. The food was simple, there's a limited menu items to order from, but the food was lovely.

Ssamzigil 인사동쌈지길
A truly lovely designed open-air mall, we really loved walking around and viewing all the free expression graffiti. It was also a good place to get unique souvenirs, and I bought a really lovely handmade and handpainted music box here. :)

Kkanbu Chicken (Mecenatpolis Mall branch)
We had takeaway for this fried chicken, and after 30 minutes (till we reached home), it still remained warm and crispy! I loved the chicken here, it was really crispy and didn't have oil dripping out of the chicken while enjoying it, unlike some fried chicken we know of.
