Paradise Dynasty announces the launch of its brand new outlet at Wisma Atria today! The flagship 196-seater sports a pinkish design closely similar to Beauty in a Pot, which is one of the brands under the Paradise Group.
Each xiao long bao is the hallmark of precision - weighing exactly 25 grams and pleated with 18 folds, the golden formula for the perfect xiao long bao. The skin is delicate and thin, yet houses the delicious soup and meat filling wonderfully.
Besides the signature la mian and xiao long bao offerings, Paradise Dynasty has come up with a range of new dishes as well.
Some other dishes which I really liked and highly recommend are the chilled jellyfish in soy sauce vinaigrette, steamed glutinous rice stuffed in red date, yam paste xiao long bao, braised tofu with crab roe (must-try)!
There'll be a Crispy Yellow Croaker Spring roll, as well as Steamed Yellow Croaker with fermented rice and chinese win. I also like the La mian with Yellow Croaker fish and preserved vegetables - as it boasts a thick, flavourful broth with tender fish meat.
The yellow croaker fish bones are deep fried then simmered for more than three hours before combining with pork bone soup. Just beware as you enjoy the ramen bowl as Yellow Croaker tends to have more bones.
