Yes! I finally got down to writing this review, after using half the bottle.
When I say it's the prettiest cleansing foam ever, you know what I'm talking about!
Yes, it's the Evita Beauty Whip Soap by Kanebo.
To be honest, Kanebo’s Evita Beauty Whip Soap is actually meant for women that are older in age, whose skins are more lacking in moisture.
But did I care? Heck no! (Okay, also because I am already considered to have a more matured skintype already, but still in denial).
Let's get down to it, shall we?
The packaging was normal looking though, a flammable bottle with a plastic cap, decorated with some rose prints.
But the true beauty of this product lies in the dispensing of the product itself. All you have to do is shake well, and then press down the dispenser with 2 fingers on each side and YES - the foam comes out in the form of a perfect rose, blooming in your face!
The dispensed foam is a dense Motchiri foam that can hydrate dry skin! Once the foam touches your face, a gentle rose scent hits you and as you lather the foam onto your facial areas it just feels like you're rolling about in a rose bed. Yes, the foam is super fine and so smooth.
And because of the lovely smell, I can't stop but keep lathering it on my face. (not overly, of course, I'm not a psycho). After washing it off my face, my skin totally feels fresh and wonderfully clean!
I love this product!
This product contains propolis extract and soluble collagen, and is said to help boost hydration. Unfortunately, I have also heard some friends who used it previously complain that its a little drying to the skin. I did not have this problem and I cannot comment.
I asked my friend Kiyo, to get it for me from Japan and it was such a steal at $16! Well, Singapore doesn't carry this but if you want to try it (cos it's really damn pretty), you can consider to airfrov it!
