Recently, I received these items from Nature's Glory and would like to share some information on these awesome products from them!


Nature’s Glory Premium Aloe Vera Concentrate 

I have not really heard of aloe vera concentrate before and was pretty interested to find out about it when it was sent to me. Usually I take aloe vera because I know its lovely benefits which are rich in natural nutrients and fiber. Apparently, this is the concentrated version with all its essence. This product helps in the gastro-intestinal functions, improves intestinal disorders such as colitis, constipation, indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome and even piles. Also - good for skin conditions like burns, cuts, eczema, mouth ulcers, athletes’ foot, and other fungal / parasitic infections, psoriasis, radiations, sunburns, it helps to soothe the pain due to inflammation.

How to eat: Take one tablespoon or two to three teaspoons of Nature’s Glory Premium Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Concentrate mix in six to nine teaspoons of water (1 : 3 ratio), two to three times daily, or as recommended by your Health Care Professional.

Nature’s Glory Chia Seeds 

If you follow my instagram feed, you would know that I have talked about chia seeds quite a bit and I love making chia seed pudding for its richness and fullness for breakfasts. In fact you'll see more food I make using chia seeds on my instagram quite a bit, so do follow me on instagram feed for more!

Chia seeds are very rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, calcium, iron, protein, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin B, C and E. They are a good source of antioxidants and contain a variety of amino acids.

These are gluten-free and aids regulating high blood pressure and improves cardiovascular health, digestion, and have an ability to stabilise blood sugar levels. The anti-inflammatory properties of chia seeds are beneficial for arthritis. Chia seeds boost metabolism, good for weight loss and weight maintenance programs, and help in improving the function of the brain.

How to eat: Use as a dessert ingredient, mix in salads, blend in juices.

Nature’s Glory Plum Balls 

Plum is known as the “king of alkaline food” and have been an important fruit in chinese cooking and eating for centuries. Nature’s Glory Plum Balls are rich in organic acids and minerals to help promote vitality, convert fat to energy, aid in digestive systems and boost immunity, and improve liver functions.

Some of you drinkers out there might also be happy to learn that plum balls neutralises hangover symptoms as they have a high content of citric and phosphoric acids to break down lactic acid.
