Breakfast Item: Almond Nut Fruit Toast Stack
Ingredients used:
- Almond Nut Butter
- A handful of baked almonds
- Fruits: Blueberries, banana, raspberry, strawberries (be creative!)
- White bread
- 2 eggs
- A teaspoon of sugar

Recipe:
1. Beat the 2 eggs. Add in the sugar and mix it evenly.
2. Dip in the plain white bread (1 at a time) and let it soak the egg mixture on both sides.
3. Heat the pan and add in a little oil. When the pan and oil are heated, put in the bread (which is already dipped in egg mixture), in the pan on low heat.
4. When both sides of the bread are golden brown, they are ready to be taken out of the pan.
5. Layer the bread with Almond Nut Butter, by spreading it on each slice of bread, and stacking it. It should look something like the photo below:
6. Then, in between each bread, put in your fruits. It can be slices of strawberries, avocado, up to your imagination! (If you want, it can be crispy bacon, but hey, we're trying to be healthy here, okay? :))
7. After stacking up the bread, just simply top it with your handful of baked almonds, and the rest of your fruits for a wholesome and filling breakfast!

Lunch Item: Macadamia Zesty Chicken with light crunch
Ingredients used:
- Macadamia Nut Butter (for the marinate)
- 1 lemon
- Win2Food's Potato Crisp (Tomato Flavour)
- Some spring onions
- Chicken Breast slices

Recipe:
1. Marinate the chicken slices with macadamia nut butter (appropriate amount to your chicken slices). I did this for about 30 minutes.
2. I made some lemon zest with the lemon skin, and used the same lemon to create some lemon slices for garnish.
3. I put Win2Food's Tomato Potato Crisp slices into a small plastic bag, tightened the opening of the bag, and used the back of a spoon to crush the potato chips into crisps.
It should look something like that after you're done crushing it.
4. Time to pan fry your chicken! With low heat, I heat up the pan first, with a little oil. Then when the pan and oil are hot, just put in the chicken slices and let it cook! Remember to flip it over often, don't let the chicken cook on one side for too long. When it's cooked, it should look a little golden brown on each side. (Make sure the insides are thoroughly cooked too!)

Important Note: Please make sure it stays on low heat throughout the cooking.
5. When the chicken is done, put it on a plate and squeeze some lemon juice over it (which you should have quite a bit left after creating your lemon zest and slices, but don't use it all! Just adequately.) Toss it well with the lemon juice.
6. Top it up with the lemon slices, crunch and spring onions. And you're done!

Snack Item: Fruit Crunch Cashew Yoghurt Mix
Ingredients used:
- Blueberries (2 tablespoons)
- Healthy cereal crunch (3 tablespoons)
- Cashew Nut Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Chia seeds (1 teaspoon)

Recipe:
1. For an easy snack item, I just put about 2-3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt (here I used Paul's all natural yoghurt) as the base, into a jar. (I don't use sweetened or flavoured yoghurt as it'll be healthier, and it won't be too sweet! Fruits gives you natural sweetness too :))
2. In the middle portion of the jar, I put in the blueberries (which can be substituted with your favourite fruits, like rapsberries, apple slices or even watermelon!).
3. Put in the cereal crunch.
4. Put in some more yoghurt (about 1-2 tablespoons)
5. Put in the Cashew Nut Butter. If you see some oil floating in your nut butter jar, mix it well before putting in the butter into the yoghurt mix.
6. Top it up with dry Chia seeds. :)
And you're done!
