Chanel Chance - Fragrance

Shopping, shopping, shopping. And saw this at the Chanel Counter! Chance is one of Chanel's bestselling fragrance family series. (I love those butterflies!!)
I tried the Chance Eau Tendre (Pink), which has a light and fruity smell. I loved it at once!

The Chance Eau Franiche (Green) however, is a fresh smelling floral scent! I'm crazy over fruity and floral scents. So here's the clear winner. Chance (Orange), to me is slightly musky and sensual (a little more mature, probably). If I have to rank them in my terms, I would go for the Pink one first, then the Green, then Orange!
Fragrance Notes from Chanel Website:
Chance Eau Tendre (Pink): Grapefruit-Quince, Jasmine Absolute, White Musk

Chance De Fraiche (Green): Lemon, Cedar, Pink Pepper, Water Hyacinth, Jasmine, Teak Wood, Iris, Amber, Patchouli, Vetiver, White Musk

Chance (Orange): White Musk, Hyacinth, Citron, Pink Pepper, Jasmine, Fresh Vetiver, Orris Absolute, Amber Patchouli
While all the smells were fresh and energizing (and smelled almost too pretty to resist) when first sprayed on, sadly, after 2 hours, most of it had faded away. :( Probably because this is a Eau De Toilette. (Why can't you sell the Eau De Parfum ones too!)
Other than that, this light misty spray is wonderful for spraying on yourself (or your colleagues) after lunch. haha.  :)
The 100ml bottle retails at $182 and the 50ml is priced at $126. In my opinion, if the scent suits you, you should probably go for the bigger bottle, as it's definitely more worth your buck!
The perfumes will be on sold as part of their permanent collection.
Those who likes creamed based fragrances however, don't have to despair... as Chanel also came up with a limited edition Chance Shimmer Cream (200g)! It is currently available for sale at $163 at all Chanel counters, but should be while stocks last. As for the scent, I think this would probably stick around for a longer time since cream usually sinks into your skin and traps scent longer, right?
Anyway, for me, I'm still up for the spray as it is easier to use without having to get it all over your hands. :)
