Mad About Sucre: I keep going back for more

I regret not writing about this earlier, well, late is better than never. Since my first try last year, I already went back about 5 times and their standard has never failed to impress me. 




Good For:
Small Groups / Takeaway / Solo

Approx. 1 min walk from Outram MRT Station (Exit H)

Amour ($11.80), the taste of love! This is made with yuzu, French white chocolate, Savoie Sponge, Meringue Disk and Citrus Zest. This is my favourite, light and with a lovely zing!

San Domingue ($12.80) - 70% Single Origin Chocolate, Rum Jewel Box, Caramelized Plantain, Brittany Crunch.

Chocolate lovers, rejoice! This tastes the thickest out of their desserts there, hence it is recommended you eat this the last, after you finish the rest of your desserts. So flavourful and rich to the right extent.
Cake sizes are available for San Donmingue - S ($75), M ($100), L ($150).

In-house blended teas, the Melange series, cost $7.50 with menu orders, and $13 if you order ala-carte. Each dessert has an in-house blended tea which brings out its flavour, so I do suggest you get a tea to match your dessert. Get them to recommend the tea that goes with your dessert choice.
