With such a nutritious packed mask, my recommendation would be to use it only weekly, despite their instruction to use as often as required. I would assume that 'as often as required' could mean if you need urgent remedy for your skin (ie. tired, dull skin due to stress, etc)
When I used it, I had felt a slight cooling sensation. It took sometime for me to cleanse it off my face cleanly, but when I did, I saw that my skin was really visibly brighter after use!
